OCTAVE SIGNATURE BOOKSHELF
The original Octave was introduced some ten years ago. Since that time it has evolved but retains the original shape and character, which can best be described as the ultimate “small speaker with a big sound”. The Octave Signature can be used in various applications and room settings at an affordable price.
The heart of the Octave Signature Bookshelf is the 5¼” bass midrange driver, equipped with an enormous 3” voice coil inside of which is placed the magnet system. This unusually large voice coil configuration is three times larger than on conventional drive units of this size. Bass output from this drive unit is surprisingly deep and powerful yet very articulate.
Designed in a modular form the Octave Signature Subwoofer can be added to the Octave Signature Bookshelf to create a true 3-way loudspeaker system for stereo applications. Alternatively combined with the Signature AMP 250 the Octave Signature Subwoofer becomes the Lf channel in a 5.1 home Cinema system.
The Octave Signature Series faithfully reproduces the natural sound of a live musical or cinema performance, to create an emotionally powerful listening experience where one can pinpoint every instrument and every voice, as well as benefit from a wide vertical and horizontal soundstage augmented by depth.
